Why DSI? Through DSI, I can really make a significant impact on both the campus of UNC and the surrounding community.  I chose DSI because I found a strong correlation between my own principles and the pillars that this fraternity holds high.  Also, joining allowed me to reconnect with my cultural ties as well form bonds that extend beyond simple friendship.  In DSI, I joined a family that will be with me, not only during my college years, but for the rest of my life.
